organic gluten-free rolled oats, organic ghee (clarified butter), local honey, sliced sliced almonds, organic unsweetened coconut chips, organic brown sugar, organic heirloom pumpkin seeds, 71% cacao chocolate (organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic maple sugar, organic cacao butter), freeze-dried strawberries, kosher salt

Raaka Chocolate

Made in Brooklyn, Raaka crafts all their chocolate from scratch, using unroasted cacao beans to capture the brighter, bolder, and fruitier side of cacao. Their signature 71% is made with single origin cacao grown sustainably on Reserva Zorzal, a farm, fermentary and bird sanctuary in Domenican Republic.

Savor this chocolate with its bold initial bite, winding through earthy and complex flavors with berries and dark fruit, and holding onto a smooth finish.

Homemade Ghee

We baked this granola with ghee that we made using Kriemhild Dairy Farm’s organic cultured butter from Hamilton, NY.

Heirloom Pumpkin Seeds

Did you know that most pumpkin seeds in the US are imported from China? In this granola, we're using 100% New York State grown heirloom pumpkin seeds hail from Stony Brook Wholehearted Foods in Geneva, NY. Beautiful, dark green, and hearty.

Local Honey

In this batch, we’re featuring Tremblay Apiaries Honey from Van Etten, New York to make our granola the sweetest little Valentine’s Day treat!

Anastasia Inciardi is a Brooklyn-based printmaker, specializing in the fine art of lino printing. The extensive process involves carving the print entirely by hand into linoleum (yes, as in the floor covering!), which is then inked, and run through a small etching printing press with the paper placed over it.

What you get is a beautiful, hand-done card, featuring our chocolate strawberry granola in a three-color linocut.
